Pricing
As of July 23, 2026, Airtable lists Free at US$0, Team at US$24 per collaborator per month or US$20 when billed annually, Business at US$54 per collaborator per month or US$45 when billed annually, and Enterprise Scale at custom pricing.
Free includes 1,000 records per base, 1,000 API calls per workspace monthly, 1GB of attachments per base, two weeks of history, and 500 AI credits per Editor-or-higher user each month. Team includes 50,000 records per base, 100,000 API calls, 20GB of attachments, one year of history, automations, extensions, forms, Interface Designer, Timeline and Gantt views, and 15,000 AI credits per billable collaborator monthly.
Business increases capacity to 125,000 records per base, unlimited API calls, 100GB of attachments, one year of history, two-way sync, an admin panel, and 20,000 AI credits per paid user monthly. Enterprise Scale is sales-led and includes 25,000 AI credits per paid user at list price, plus organisation-scale governance and administration. Credits are pooled across the workspace on Free and Team and across the organisation on Business and Enterprise Scale.
Model footprint
Airtable sells AI as embedded app and workflow capabilities rather than named model access. Credit consumption depends on the feature and model used, while Business and Enterprise customers receive additional administrative controls.
Why select Airtable AI
Airtable AI is strongest for organisations that want AI to act on structured operational data inside apps and automations. The relevant trade-off is not only AI credits, but records, API volume, permissions, and governance at each plan.
