Asana Intelligence is Asana’s built-in AI layer for drafting, summarising, status reporting, workflow design, smart fields, and agent-driven work. AI Studio extends it with no-code automations that can classify, route, research, create, and act inside business processes.

Pricing

As of July 25, 2026, Asana’s official pricing page lists Personal at US$0, Starter at US$10.99 per user per month billed annually or US$13.49 monthly, and Advanced at US$24.99 per user per month billed annually or US$30.49 monthly. Enterprise and Enterprise+ are contact-sales plans.

Starter includes Asana AI plus AI Studio Basic with 50,000 credits per billing account per month, unlimited users, workflow building, Timeline and Gantt views, dashboards, and administration. Advanced adds portfolio and goals features and raises AI Studio Basic to 75,000 credits per billing account per month. Asana’s current pricing page lists 200,000 included AI Studio Basic credits for Enterprise tiers.

AI Studio Basic is included with every paid plan. AI Studio Plus costs US$135 per account per month billed annually or US$150 billed monthly and includes 100,000 credits per month. AI Studio Pro includes five million credits per quarter and advanced billing controls, but its price is available only through sales.

Model footprint

Asana sells AI as workflow capability and credits rather than a public per-model API. Asana states that AI Studio uses partners including OpenAI and Anthropic, while the product layer controls permissions and the workspace context available to each workflow.
