Automation Anywhere provides an Agentic Process Automation System that combines AI Agent Studio, document automation, process discovery, automation workspaces, cloud execution, RPA, integrations and governance.
Current access and pricing
As of August 2, 2026, Automation Anywhere publishes a free Cloud Community Edition for students and developers, described as full-featured automation that can be started immediately. Business access is sold through a personalised demo and order form; the vendor does not publish a current numeric business subscription price, so buyers must request a quote.
The enterprise platform includes the low-code AI Agent Studio for building and governing agents, Document Automation for extracting information inside workflows, Automation Workspace for combining AI, RPA, APIs and orchestration, and cloud-native, on-premises and hybrid deployment options. The official cloud page also states that high availability and disaster recovery are included in the cloud service with 99.9% uptime.
Contract model
Paid subscriptions and included capacity are defined in the customer's order form. Automation Anywhere's current cloud agreement states that excess usage may be billed at then-current list prices and that direct-purchase fees are normally invoiced in US dollars, while the public product site routes businesses to sales rather than presenting a self-serve paid plan.
