BILL combines accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, spend and expense management with AI agents for invoice coding, tax-form collection, transaction support and customer help.
Accounts payable and receivable plans
As of August 3, 2026, Essentials costs US$49 per user per month and includes accounts payable or receivable, manual CSV accounting integration, approval workflows, payments, the W-9 Agent, six standard user roles, invoicing and reminders.
Team costs US$65 per user per month and adds automatic two-way synchronisation with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks or Xero, the Invoice Coding Agent and custom user roles. Corporate costs US$89 per user per month and adds custom policies and roles, accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement, unlimited document storage, purchase requests and orders, tolerance and two-way matching, and free purchase-request users.
Enterprise is custom-priced and adds enhanced security, multi-location and multi-entity accounting, SSO, dual control, API access, priority support, enterprise accounting and ERP synchronisation, and two- and three-way matching. BILL Spend & Expense is separately available at US$0 per user per month.
Transaction fees and AI capabilities
Published fees include US$0.59 for ACH, US$1.99 for checks, US$19.99 for international US-dollar wires, 2.9% for card-funded payments and US$11.99 for same-day or next-day ACH. Instant-transfer pricing is 1% subject to BILL's stated minimum and maximum. BILL's AI portfolio includes the Invoice Coding Agent, W-9 Agent, Transaction Agent and AI-assisted support.
