Plus costs US$89 month to month or US$79 per month billed annually, plus AI Spend. It includes two bots, two collaborators, 5,000 incoming events, 100,000 table rows, 1GB vector storage, 10GB file storage, one Always Alive bot, human handoff, conversation insights, watermark removal, proactive chat and live technical support.
Team costs US$495 monthly or US$445 per month billed annually, plus AI Spend. It includes three bots and collaborators, 50,000 events, 2GB vector storage, real-time collaboration, RBAC, custom analytics, priority support and customer-success assistance. Managed starts at an introductory US$1,495 monthly or US$995 per month annually and adds design, implementation, integration, maintenance, training and ongoing optimisation. Enterprise is custom.
Usage and add-ons
LLM usage is passed through at provider cost without markup. Published add-ons include US$20 per additional 5,000 events, US$25 per 100,000 table rows, US$10 per bot, US$25 per collaborator, US$20 per GB of vector storage and US$10 per 10GB of file storage.
