Free includes one agent, 50 monthly message credits, one member, and limited model access; inactive free agents are deleted after 14 days. Hobby includes one agent, 500 monthly credits, five AI actions, 10MB of training content, two members, advanced models, integrations, basic analytics, and attachments.

Standard includes 4,000 monthly credits, eight AI actions, 20MB of training content, three members, helpdesk, voice and telephony, outbound campaigns, API access, personalisation, automatic retraining, and advanced integrations. Pro raises the allowance to 15,000 credits, 12 AI actions, 40MB, five members, 20 concurrent calls, advanced analytics, source suggestions, and tickets as a source. Enterprise adds higher limits, custom roles and permissions, SSO, white-labelling, audit logs, priority support, a customer-success manager, SLAs, and HIPAA-eligible deployment.

Auto-recharge credits cost US$40 per 1,000 and do not expire. Extra agents cost US$300 per year, and removing Chatbase branding costs US$1,188 per year. Individual responses can consume more than one message credit depending on the selected model.

Model footprint

Paid plans expose advanced models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Meta, Moonshot AI, Mistral, and Z.ai. The relevant capacity measure is message credits rather than raw messages because higher-cost models consume multiple credits per response.
