As of July 25, 2026, ClickUp’s official Brain pricing page lists Free Forever at US$0 with trials of AI features. Brain AI costs US$18 per user per month on monthly billing or US$9 per user per month on yearly billing. Everything AI costs US$68 per user per month monthly or US$28 per user per month yearly.

Brain AI includes the assistant, Brain MAX, web research, writing, summaries, expanded premium-model access, and standard access to agents and several AI workflow features. Everything AI provides maximum premium-model access and unlimited fair-use access to features including Ambient Answers, Autopilot Agents, AI Fields and Cards, image generation, Talk to Text, enterprise search, and AI Notetaker.

Optional add-ons include 10,000 AI Super Credits for US$10, Talk to Text at US$9 per user per month, and AI Notetaker starting at US$12 for 60 hours per month. ClickUp also lists a two-hour live AI training workshop at US$400.

Model footprint

ClickUp bundles foundational and premium models inside Brain rather than publishing per-token API rates. The key plan differences are access breadth, workflow allowances, agent capacity, and which formerly separate AI add-ons become unlimited under fair-use terms.
