What is Clockwise
Clockwise was an AI calendar-optimisation and scheduling platform that protected Focus Time, moved flexible meetings, created smart calendar holds, and coordinated team schedules. It is no longer an available commercial product.
Current availability
Clockwise’s official site states that its team joined Salesforce and that the Clockwise product stopped being available on March 27, 2026. Scheduling Links stopped working, Flexible Meetings stopped moving, managed calendar holds were removed, and customer data was scheduled for deletion after the shutdown.
Pricing
As of July 26, 2026, there is no current Clockwise subscription or plan price to publish because the service has closed. Clockwise states that prepaid subscriptions extending beyond March 27, 2026 were eligible for prorated refunds and that it aimed to avoid additional charges before shutdown.
Older official documentation names Free, Teams, Business, and Enterprise plans and describes features such as flexible meetings, Focus Time holds, team scheduling, analytics, administration, SCIM, and privacy controls. Those plan descriptions are historical and should not be treated as purchasable current offers.
Migration guidance
Clockwise’s shutdown page recommends Reclaim as an alternative for AI scheduling and calendar optimisation. Former customers should use Clockwise’s current transition information rather than relying on archived pricing comparisons.
