What is Devin
Devin is Cognition's software-engineering agent. Its subscription quota can be used across Devin sessions, Devin for Terminal and the Windsurf IDE, while Devin Review and DeepWiki extend the product into pull-request review and codebase research.
Self-serve plans
As of August 1, 2026, Free costs US$0 for one member and includes limited Devin usage, Devin Review and DeepWiki. Pro costs US$20 per month for one user and adds daily and weekly usage quota, pay-as-you-go on-demand credits, and Slack, Linear and MCP integrations.
Max costs US$200 per month for one user. It includes the Pro capabilities with a substantially larger weekly quota and no daily cap. Teams has an US$80 monthly minimum, supports unlimited members and lets administrators mix US$40-per-month full seats with free flex seats. Full seats receive Pro-equivalent quota and Windsurf access; flex seats consume the team's shared on-demand credits and do not include Windsurf.
Usage and enterprise billing
Self-serve on-demand credits are prepaid, shared by a team, do not expire and cover usage beyond included quota. Devin Review uses on-demand credits for private work, while public pull-request reviews are free. Enterprise contracts use Agent Compute Units at the negotiated rate in the order form and add contract-level administration and support.
