Digits is an AI-native accounting platform with a general ledger, automated bookkeeping and reconciliation, financial dashboards, invoicing, bill pay, reporting and the Ask Digits financial assistant.

Business plans

As of August 3, 2026, Essentials costs US$65 per month and includes live dashboards and financial statements, invoicing and bill pay, 24/7 AI bookkeeping and reconciliation, Ask Digits, vendor and customer tracking, more than 12,000 banking and payroll connections, API and MCP access, and mobile apps.

Core costs US$100 per month and adds native Stripe, Ramp and BILL connections, revenue and spend visibility, department-level payroll data, custom dashboards and dimensional accounting by department or location. Pro costs US$250 per month and adds automated depreciation, amortisation and accrual schedules, Agentic Close with statement collection, anomaly review and checklists, and custom management reporting.

Accounting-firm plans

For solo accounting practices, prices are per client per month: Starter US$35, Essentials US$65, Core US$100 and Pro US$250. Mid-sized-firm variants are Starter Plus US$50, Essentials Plus US$115, Core Plus US$185 and Pro US$250 per client monthly. Enterprise for firms with 500 or more clients uses custom outcome-based pricing and adds custom model training, dedicated support, SSO and negotiated platform and partnership terms.

Trial and billing

Digits offers a 30-day free trial and says there are no setup fees. Each additional business or location needs its own subscription, and applicable sales tax may be added.
