What is Docparser
Docparser extracts structured data from recurring PDF, Word and image documents using rules and AI-assisted parsers, then exports results through files, APIs and integrations.
Monthly plans
As of August 2, 2026, Starter costs US$39 per month for 100 parsing credits and up to 15 parsers. Professional costs US$74 for 250 credits and up to 50 parsers, adding teams, managed users, Smart Tables, one parsing setup and multifactor authentication. Business costs US$159 for 1,000 credits and up to 500 parsers, adding priority parsing and support, version control and multi-layout parsers.
One parsing credit covers one document of up to five pages. All self-serve plans include premium templates, Smart Checkboxes, file parsing, CSV/Excel/JSON/XML export, Google Sheets and other integrations. Enterprise is custom-priced with custom credits, unlimited parsers, extended retention and white labelling.
Annual billing and add-ons
Annual billing saves 20%: the displayed monthly equivalents are US$32.50 for Starter with 1,200 yearly credits, US$61.50 for Professional with 3,000 and US$133 for Business with 12,000. Monthly add-ons include multifactor authentication from US$5.95, version control at US$9.95, extended retention at US$19.95, multi-layout parsers at US$29.95 and Parsing Assistant setup at US$149 per layout.
