As of July 24, 2026, Fathom lists Free at US$0, Premium at US$20 per user per month or US$16 on annual billing, Team at US$19 per user per month or US$15 annually with a two-user minimum, Business at US$34 per user per month or US$25 annually with a two-user minimum, and Enterprise at custom pricing.

Free includes unlimited recordings and transcriptions, bot or beta bot-free capture, instant summaries, clips, playlists, and meeting search. Advanced summary templates are limited to the first five calls each month on Free. Premium adds unlimited advanced summaries, AI action items, conversational meeting assistance, AI follow-up emails, and custom meeting-bot branding.

Team adds shared global search, team highlight playlists, and collaboration through comments, folders, and keyword alerts. Business adds CRM field sync, Deal View, coaching metrics, AI scorecards, advanced and custom summaries, and broader sales-team workflows. Enterprise includes Launch Assist onboarding, organisation-wide security, SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom retention, a dedicated success manager, and priority support SLAs.

Model footprint

Fathom packages AI as meeting capture and knowledge workflows, with integrations that can surface meeting context in ChatGPT and Claude. It does not sell direct access to a named internal model catalogue.
