What is Freed
Freed is an AI clinical scribe and clinician assistant that captures patient visits, creates structured notes and supports templates, EHR transfer, visit preparation, letters, clinical evidence and coding workflows.
Individual plans
As of August 3, 2026, Starter costs US$39 per month for one clinician and up to 40 notes monthly, with specialty-specific templates, core AI note generation and editing, and live support. Core costs US$79 per month and adds unlimited notes, live onboarding, a basic AI editing assistant and an instant template builder.
Premier costs US$119 month to month or US$1,248 per year, equivalent to US$104 monthly. It adds browser-based EHR push, prior-visit summaries and context, patient instructions, letters and referrals, patient-history pull-forward, Clinical Evidence answers using more than 50 linked medical sources, ICD-10 coding and a coding assistant for CPT, ICD-10 and E/M suggestions.
Groups and trial
Groups use custom pricing based on organisation size. They receive everything in Premier plus medical-assistant users, patient sharing, admin dashboards and custom configuration, SSO, central billing and licence management, clinic onboarding, priority support, a dedicated account manager and an organisation-wide BAA. A seven-day Premier trial is available without billing information.
Freed offers monthly and annual billing and says subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for access through the end of the current billing cycle. Eligible students, trainees and fellows can apply for a discount of up to 50% on monthly subscriptions.
