What is HubSpot AI
HubSpot’s Breeze and Agent Hub capabilities are integrated across its Customer Platform rather than sold as one standalone AI subscription. AI agents and selected automation actions use HubSpot Credits alongside the underlying CRM plan.
Customer Platform pricing
As of July 29, 2026, Free costs US$0 for up to two users. Starter starts at US$7 per seat per month on annual billing or US$20 on monthly billing and includes 500 HubSpot Credits.
Professional starts at US$1,300 per month annually or US$1,450 monthly, includes six seats and 5,000 credits, and charges from US$45 per month for additional Core Seats. Enterprise starts at US$4,700 per month, includes eight seats and 10,000 credits, and charges from US$75 per month for additional Core Seats.
AI credit pricing
Additional HubSpot Credits cost US$0.010 each, either in 1,000-credit packs for US$10 or through supported pay-as-you-go billing. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Published examples include 50 credits, or US$0.50, for a Customer Agent resolution and ten credits for a Data Agent enriched record.
