What is Lattice AI
Lattice is a people-management platform covering performance, goals, engagement, compensation and employee development, with an AI Agent and AI-assisted analysis embedded across its products.
Foundations and base products
As of August 3, 2026, Foundations costs US$13 per seat per month and includes Performance, Goals & OKRs, Analytics, the AI Agent and integrations. It covers reviews, performance-improvement plans, calibration, succession, goals, one-to-ones, updates and feedback.
The modular Performance product costs US$10 per seat per month and includes reviews, succession, promotions, performance-improvement plans, talent reviews, calibration and manager tools. Goals & OKRs costs US$8 per seat per month. Engagement costs US$4 per seat per month and includes pulse, onboarding and exit surveys, action planning, eNPS, AI analysis and trends. Each base product includes Analytics, the AI Agent and integrations.
Add-ons and contract terms
Compensation costs an additional US$6 per seat per month, while Grow costs an additional US$4 and adds development planning and AI-powered growth areas. Lattice bills annually, requires a minimum annual agreement of US$4,000 and lists prices in US dollars. Dedicated support is included, and Lattice says it does not charge separate implementation or change fees for Performance.
