Email Coach pricing
As of July 29, 2026, Basic is free forever and includes five email analyses and five personalisations per month, Gmail and Outlook support, the AI Email Writer, recommendations, mobile optimisation, and integrations.
Starter costs US$29 per month or US$27 per month billed annually and adds unlimited emails, personalisation and AI recommendations, Lavender Anywhere, multi-inbox support, and chat support. Individual Pro costs US$49 monthly or US$45 annually and adds priority support and a dedicated customer-success manager.
The Team plan costs US$99 per seat per month or US$89 annually and adds a coaching dashboard, aggregated analytics, dynamic scoring, proactive customer success, human-led coaching, and Content Studio access. Lavender also offers Starter, Growth, and Enterprise team configurations. A seven-day trial includes all integrations and requires no card.
Ora pricing
Ora is free while an agent is being built and costs US$500 per launched agent per month, with no annual commitment. At launch, an agent includes 1,000 emails per month and outreach to more than 4,000 contacts per year; volume and pricing scale with each deployed agent.
