Pro provides 20 transcription hours per month, one year of transcript storage, six months of audio storage, templates, automatic meeting-type detection, unlimited integrations, AI Chat with tools, agents and workflows, analytics, exports, sharing controls, and administration. Extra transcription is US$0.50 per hour.

Business adds unlimited transcription and transcript storage, 12 months of video storage, HD recording, team spaces, automatic team sharing, team analytics, comments, unlimited tool-enabled AI chat and agentic workflows, branding, and privacy controls. Enterprise adds SSO and SCIM, custom storage and retention, on-premise options, organisation-wide settings, dedicated onboarding, and advanced model access.
