As of August 2, 2026, Starter begins free with US$50 in credits and no card requirement, then costs US$100 per month for 100 credits. It includes extraction AI, API and email access, cloud-storage connectors, up to three users and community support.
Growth uses volume-based custom quotes and adds classification, barcode and signature detection, generative-AI and custom Python blocks, ERP/database/custom integrations, reporting, shared team credits and discounts of up to 40%. Enterprise is tailored by volume and adds SAML SSO and SCIM, role-based access, HIPAA and SOC 2 controls, private-cloud or on-premises deployment, regional data residency, enterprise connectors, audit and SIEM integration, dedicated support and SLAs.
Usage rates
Workflow steps are billed per block run: simple formatting, routing and export operations are US$0.02 per run; standard AI classification and validation are US$0.10; and complex extraction or generative-AI blocks are US$0.30. Nanonets says credits are prepaid, shared across the team and do not expire.
