Phrase combines its TMS, Strings, Language AI, Custom AI, Orchestrator, Portal, analytics, and quality tools in a localisation platform subscription. Pricing is capacity based, with unlimited TMS seats on the main business plans.
Business-plan pricing
As of July 28, 2026, Team costs US$1,245 per month when billed annually. It includes unlimited TMS seats, 20 Strings seats, all Phrase products, 1.2 million managed Strings words, 2.5 million processed TMS words per year, 12 million machine-translation units, 25,000 AI units, and one deployed Custom AI model.
Business uses custom pricing and raises included capacity to 150 Strings seats, three million managed Strings words, 12 million processed TMS words, 50 million machine-translation units, 100,000 AI units, and three deployed models. It also adds branching, advanced translation memory, SSO, and unlimited MT profiles and glossaries.
Enterprise is custom priced with tailored capacity, 150 or more Strings seats, all integrations, role configuration, a Premium Success Plan, tailored onboarding, workflow audits, and regular business reviews.
Trial and billing
Every plan has a 14-day Enterprise-feature trial, excluding integrations that require extra fees, and no automatic charge after the trial. Phrase supports annual and quarterly billing; the published Team amount is the annual-billing rate. Extra capacity and Phrase Studio are separately quoted.
