As of July 30, 2026, Basic costs US$10 month to month or US$60 yearly, equivalent to US$5 per month. It includes one Editor, file and Google Sheets uploads, one account per connector, manual syncing and no PolymerAI chat responses.
Starter costs US$50 monthly or US$300 yearly, equivalent to US$25 per month. It adds all standard connectors, daily syncing, ten AI chat responses, custom branding and metrics, and one custom template. Pro costs US$100 monthly or US$600 yearly, equivalent to US$50, and adds five accounts per connector, hourly syncing, 20 AI responses and five custom templates.
Teams costs US$250 monthly or US$1,500 yearly, equivalent to US$125 per month. It includes three Editors, 15 accounts per connector, hourly syncing, 30 AI responses, unlimited custom templates and Slack support. Enterprise is custom priced and adds API access, unlimited AI chat, real-time syncing, larger files, custom connectors and dedicated account support. Shopify connections cost an additional US$3 per store per month.
