What is Ramp Intelligence
Ramp Intelligence is the AI layer across Ramp's finance platform, powering expense review, accounting automation, vendor intelligence, procurement and reporting rather than being sold as a separate add-on.
Free
As of August 3, 2026, Ramp Free costs US$0 per user per month. It includes unlimited cards, travel and expense management, receipt matching, accounts-payable OCR, approvals, fraud checks, payments, basic accounting integrations, AI reporting, vendor tracking, contract extraction and price intelligence.
Plus and Enterprise
Ramp Plus costs US$15 per user per month plus a platform fee based on team size, with a 20% discount for annual billing and a 30-day trial. It adds AI-driven expense reviews and policy insights, accounts-payable auto-coding and recommendations, batch payments, release approvals, procurement capabilities including AI vendor compliance, purchase orders and three-way matching, advanced accounting integrations, multi-entity controls, budget reporting, roles, audit features and priority support.
Enterprise is custom-priced on an annual contract. It adds integrations with Workday and Oracle Fusion, local and global currency support, dedicated customer success, 24/7 support and custom implementation and configuration.
Payment fees
Ramp's official help centre lists standard ACH at US$0.59, same-day ACH at US$10, domestic wire at US$15, international US-dollar SWIFT at US$20 and standard checks at US$1.99. Many of these fees are waived when payments are funded through Ramp Checking, subject to Ramp's published conditions.
