What is Rasa
Rasa is a conversational AI platform for controlled, production-grade chat and voice agents, combining the pro-code Rasa Pro framework with the optional no-code Rasa Studio interface.
Plans
As of August 1, 2026, Developer Edition is free and can run locally or in production for one bot per company, limited to 1,000 external conversations per month or 100 internal employee conversations per month, with community forum support.
Enterprise uses custom pricing. It includes Rasa Pro and can add Rasa Studio, large-scale deployment, CALM dialogue management, enterprise search, multi-LLM management, PII controls, observability, Kubernetes deployment, SSO, RBAC and managed, private-cloud or on-premises operation.
Support and deployment
Basic support is web-based with best-effort responses during business hours. Premium Support adds enhanced 24/7 response targets, a customer success manager and engineer, success planning, best-practice guidance and business reviews. The optional AudioCodes voice connector is separately purchased.
