What is Rossum
Rossum is an end-to-end document automation platform built around Aurora Document AI, ingestion, extraction, human validation, workflow logic, integrations and transaction-level controls.
Plans and pricing model
As of August 2, 2026, Rossum offers Starter, Business, Enterprise and Ultimate plans, all by custom quote with a minimum one-year contract. Pricing is based on page or document volume and workflow complexity; extra services, integrations and add-ons can be included, and customers that exceed a plan can upgrade or pay per additional page.
Starter includes unlimited seats, email/API/manual ingestion, Aurora extraction, human-in-the-loop validation, a 12-month archive and API access. Business adds custom business logic and workflows, master-data matching, duplicate handling, an intelligent mailbox, custom functions and webhooks, reporting and enterprise-system integrations.
Enterprise adds SSO, a sandbox, extended matching, preferred cloud location, optional onboarding and success plans, and custom branding. Ultimate adds multi-document transactions, a custom ingestion domain, embeddable UI, another sandbox and a three-year archive. A 14-day trial is available.
