Sembly is an AI meeting platform that records, transcribes, summarises, searches, and analyses conversations. Its current plans combine meeting notes with single- and multi-meeting AI chat, generated documents, insights, automations, and workspace controls.
Pricing
As of July 26, 2026, Sembly lists Basic at US$17 per month, Pro at US$29 per user per month, and MAX at US$39 per user per month on monthly billing. The annual selector lowers the effective rates to US$10, US$20, and US$30 respectively. Enterprise uses custom pricing.
Basic includes a free trial, unlimited meetings, microphone recording, transcription, notes and summaries, five hours of uploads, task detection, limited agent customisation and automations, and up to one year of history for one user and workspace.
Pro adds multi-meeting AI chat, unlimited video, five AI documents and five insights per month, custom note templates, MCP, consent and retention controls, risk and issue detection, analytics, workspace automations, up to two years of history, and a 40-user limit.
MAX includes 40 AI documents and 40 insights per month, unlimited history, HD video, audit logs, HIPAA support, SSO, sharing groups, access controls, SMTP relay, and up to 500 users; it requires at least three users. Enterprise adds negotiated contracts, invoicing, security review, and dedicated customer success.
