Free includes AI chat across applications and tabs, writing assistance in more than 20 languages, voice and tone adaptation, collaborative docs, tables, charts, forms, formulas, and automations. Pro adds unlimited paragraph rewrites and translations, AI detection, plagiarism support, brand controls, custom-domain publishing, unlimited doc size, 30-day version history, and enhanced Docs AI.

Business adds Superhuman Mail, AI inbox organisation and responses, personalised email writing, CRM access for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, unlimited doc automations and version history, and broader data sync. Enterprise adds analytics, advanced security and administration, SAML SSO, custom roles, data-loss prevention, BYOK encryption, and dedicated support.
