What is v0

v0 is Vercel’s AI development product for building full-stack applications, generating and editing interfaces, running code, connecting services, synchronising with GitHub, and deploying to Vercel.

Core offerings

  • Prompt-led application and UI generation with code and visual editing.
  • GitHub synchronisation, Vercel deployment, integrations, databases, and MCP tools.
  • Access to multiple models plus v0 Mini, Pro, Max, and Max Fast model tiers.
  • Shared projects, team credit pools, central billing, privacy controls, and enterprise security.

Pricing

As of July 23, 2026, v0 lists Free at US$0, Plus at US$30 per user per month, Business at US$100 per user per month, and Enterprise at custom pricing. The older US$20 Premium plan is being retired and is no longer available to new users.

Free includes US$5 in monthly credits, up to seven messages per day, Design Mode, GitHub synchronisation, and Vercel deployment. Plus includes all models, US$30 in monthly credits per user, US$2 in free daily login credits per user, shared purchased-credit pools, central billing, shared chats, and team collaboration.

Business keeps the US$30 monthly credit allowance and daily login credits while adding training opt-out by default. Enterprise adds no-training guarantees, SAML SSO, role-based access control, priority access, and support SLAs. Unused monthly credits roll over and expire after 65 days; purchased shared credits expire after one year.

v0 also publishes token rates for its own model tiers. Per million tokens, v0 Mini is US$1 input and US$5 output, Pro US$3 input and US$15 output, Max US$5 input and US$25 output, and Max Fast US$10 input and US$50 output, with separate cache write and read rates.

Model footprint

v0 combines its own priced Mini, Pro, Max, and Max Fast tiers with access to other models on paid plans. Model use draws from the user’s dollar-denominated credit balance.

Why select v0

v0 is worth considering when a team wants AI generation, code iteration, and Vercel deployment in one workflow. Plus is the collaboration tier; Business mainly differentiates on data-use policy, while Enterprise adds identity and access controls.
