What is Workato AI
Workato combines integration, orchestration and AI-agent capabilities in one platform, with usage measured in credits across tasks, API calls, processed rows and Genie Actions.
Free and Pro
As of August 2, 2026, Workato Free costs US$0 and includes a one-time grant of 50,000 credits. Workato Pro is available at US$75 per month for 2,500 credits, US$100 for 3,500, US$275 for 10,000, US$780 for 30,000 or US$1,275 for 50,000 recurring monthly credits.
Free and Pro provide the same platform capabilities across Orchestrate and AI/Agentic; the difference is the credit allowance. Pro credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over, and add-on credits can be purchased.
Enterprise editions
Enterprise pricing is quote-based and combines a platform-edition fee with usage. Workato documents Standard, Business, Enterprise and Workato One editions, with higher editions adding broader governance, lifecycle and environment management, connectivity, support, multi-region options and agent add-ons; exact contract pricing depends on the selected edition and consumption.
