What is Zapier Agents
Zapier Agents is an agent-building product for creating AI teammates that can use live data, browse the web, consult knowledge sources, and take actions across connected business applications.
Core offerings
- Agents that run actions across Zapier’s connected app ecosystem.
- Live data sources, web search and browsing, and knowledge-source lookups.
- Interactive use in the Zapier Agents product and Chrome extension.
- Shared activity pools for teams, with organisational sharing and controls on Enterprise.
Pricing
As of July 23, 2026, Zapier’s official Agents pricing lists Free at US$0 and Pro at US$33.33 per month when billed annually (US$400 yearly). Enterprise is marked as coming soon and is contact-sales only.
Free includes 400 agent activities per month, live data sources, web browsing, and Chrome-extension interaction. It allows up to 10 activities in one agent run; testing an agent consumes the Free activity allowance.
Pro includes 1,500 activities per month, the same live-data, browsing, and Chrome capabilities, a 40-activity per-run limit, and testing that does not count against the quota. Enterprise publishes custom activity allowances, organisation-wide agent sharing, audit logs, and restricted-app support. Zapier defines an activity as a trigger, action, knowledge lookup, browser or scraping request, web search, or Chrome-extension message; Agents usage is separate from Zap task usage.
Model footprint
Zapier sells Agents as an orchestration product rather than access to a named model catalogue. The practical limits are monthly activities, activities per run, app connectivity, knowledge access, and administration.
Why select Zapier Agents
Zapier Agents is strongest for teams that want an agent to take real actions across SaaS tools without building an integration layer. Buyers should estimate multi-step runs carefully because each trigger, lookup, search, and action can consume an activity.
