Zeni combines AI-powered bookkeeping, bill pay, reimbursements, banking and real-time financial reporting with a dedicated human finance team, plus optional CFO, tax and payroll services.

AI Bookkeeping plans

As of August 3, 2026, Starter begins at US$549 per month or US$494 per month billed annually and is designed for pre-revenue companies. Growth begins at US$799 monthly or US$719 monthly billed annually for revenue-generating companies. Enterprise uses custom pricing for complex organisations. Final pricing depends on bookkeeping complexity, monthly expenses and annual revenue.

All bookkeeping plans include AI bookkeeping, AI bill payments with free ACH vendor payments, AI reimbursements with same-day ACH at no charge, business checking, real-time financial insights and a dedicated team consisting of a controller, bookkeeping manager and bookkeeping analyst. Zeni requires QuickBooks Online Plus and currently serves US-based entities; each business or location needs its own subscription.

Additional finance services

CFO Starter begins at US$1,500 monthly or US$1,350 on an annual contract plus a US$2,000 setup fee. CFO Growth begins at US$2,900 monthly or US$2,610 annually plus a US$6,000 setup fee, adding financial models, scenario planning, monthly updates, executive summaries, KPI tracking and six hours of advisory support. CFO Enterprise is custom-priced.

Tax Starter costs US$2,499 annually for pre-revenue companies, Tax Growth costs US$3,899 annually for companies with up to US$500,000 in revenue and Tax Enterprise is custom. Payroll Manager Service begins at US$199 per month on an annual contract, with separately priced registrations and other add-ons.
